The book Through Gates of Splendor and the movie The End of the Spear tell the story of how Jim Elliot and four other men made contact with the Huaorani people of South America and lost their lives sharing the Gospel. The reminder (be all there) is timeless in a world now populated by smart phones and social media, but it’s important to realize who Jim Elliot is.
