You know it’s bad when the weatherman loses his head. That’s actually an old image but as subtropical storm Alberto makes landfall today in Alabama it will be Georgia, the Carolina’s and Florida that get the bulk of the rainfall. It’s been raining in Florida since Saturday so hang in there Sunshine State.
