The 60 game MLB season is underway! Dr. Anthony Fauci threw out the first pitch – wildly outside – in D.C. Thursday evening. Atlanta Braves fans saw their team lose to the Mets Friday night. Seems about right.

In other sports news, the Washington (no longer the) Redskins have chosen a temporary name for their team. When the NFL season starts they will be The Washington Football Team. That’s one way to go. Before anyone suggests all professional sports teams do the same, consider cities with more than one team. The Los Angeles Football Team would be in the same city as The Other Los Angeles Football Team. Would be a bigger issue with MLB teams.
