For each cup of coffee consumed in one study the participants took an additional 500 steps that day. There are studies and reports very focused on specifics, like antioxidants or sleep patterns, but a study released March of last concludes that people who drink 2 to 3 cups per day live longer than those who do not. Night Court is back in session Tuesdays at 8 on NBC. They showed two episodes the night it primered and I’m kind of on the fence. Kirby Smart stopped by Calhoun High School yesterday to check up on things. Sierra Mist was rebranded as Mist Twist in 2016 but changed back just two years later. The formula was jiggered with each time so even with the Sierra Mist label its been hard to maintain a fan base. Now Sierra Mist is out and Starry is in. For now. I wouldn’t get too attached though.
